School-Parent/Family Compact - 2025-26

Myers Middle School Logo

Myers Middle School students participating in the Title I, Part A program, and their families, agree that this compact outlines how the parents, the entire school staff, and the students will share the responsibility for improved student academic achievement as well as describes how the school and parents/families will build and develop a partnership that will help children achieve the State’s high standards.

JOINTLY DEVELOPED

The parents, students, and staff worked together and shared ideas to develop the Family/Parent-School Compact. Teachers met with their teams to design strategies for parents to use at home. Parents were provided with Annual surveys to provide feedback on their needs to help their students. Students completed surveys to add ideas for the compacts. The Family Forum was held on April 26, 2024, to review and request family input on the Compact based on the school’s academic achievement goals and student’s need.

To understand how working together can benefit your child, it is first important to understand the districts and school’s goals for student academic achievement.
